Located just minutes from the gates of Reynolds Plantation in Lake Oconee, our main design studio is a friendly, relaxing environment to work in while we guide you through the home building process. We also provide available product choices that mean the most to you will make your home building process more enjoyable. You can see, feel and touch most of the products and see them implemented throughout our design center.
Selecting roofing, siding, windows, doors, stone, flooring, lighting, plumbing, paint, cabinetry, and every other product category can be an overwhelming aspect of building a new home. No need to stress with New Leaf Custom Home, however, as the Design Studio is created to help guide you through the selection process.
Also we have use of an additional Design Studio in Sandy Springs, outside of downtown Atlanta, with many of the same product offerings. We also have access to local and regional showrooms for expanded product offerings. Whatever product it is that you want, our experienced staff will make sure that your personal choices are available to buy.
New Leaf Custom Homes combines the convenience of our Design Studio concept with the professionalism of an Interior Designer, to meet your design needs. Upon selecting New Leaf Custom Homes as your personal Builder, customers will meet with an Interior Designer Coordinator that will help create and execute your vision of your personal home. This Designer will partner with you to evaluate, compare and select your personal interior and exterior product selections before beginning construction, as well as during the construction process.
